Here’s what you can expect when you place an order from my shop.
Printing and Fulfillment
Everything in my store is printed on demand by third-party providers. I do not personally hold inventory or ship out items. I do this so I can focus on making art and not shipping and logistics. As an independent artist, it also helps me scale my offering without the upfront cost or risk of inventory.
Printing and shipping times vary depending on the product you order. Expect printing times between 2-10 days followed by the time it takes to ship based on your shipping selections at checkout.
Shipping is calculated based on the products you order and your delivery location. If you order multiple product types (e.g., a t-shirt and a book), the items will be shipped separately because they are handled by different print and fulfillment partners.
Order Defects or Damage
If any product you order from my shop arrives with printing issues, defects or damage from shipping, please contact me at roloff.sheri@gmail.com. I will work with my third-party print and fulfillment partners to resolve the issue and get a replacement product sent to you. Please include photos and a short description of the issue.
Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to resolve printing issues or shipping damage. If 30 days have already passed, my printing and fulfillment partners will no longer help resolve the issue, and I won’t be able to get you a replacement item.
It is really important to me that you are happy with the quality of the product you receive. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have an issue!
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Given the nature of print on demand, I can only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. I’m not able to accommodate returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or unwanted items.
